Tempranillo
Dark Rock Tempranillo kit produces 30 bottles of full bodied and complex red wine with hints of red fruit and fig.
Food Pairing
Tempranillo pairs well with lasagne, pizza and dishes with tomato-based sauces. Given its low acidity and fruitiness, Tempranillo pairs well with many types of cheese, but most often paired with Spanish cheeses.

- 27.5 litre fermenter
- Airlock and bung
- Syphon kit
- Hydrometer
- Sanitiser
- Mixing paddle
- Wine bottles and corks/closures or a wine box
Tips
- Bottled water gives the best results.
- Use a Vinbrite Filter for commercial clarity.
