The wine is dispensed by depressing the pad. The bag will collapse on itself as the wine comes out, so no air will get into the wine.This is just the bag. You will need a box to keep and dispense from. This bag fits either the Cantina wine kit boxes or the Harris 7 Day Wine kit boxes. Keep the box when you make the wine, and you can store 1 gallon in the bag inside the box your wine came from.
