A new premium all-purpose yeast that is effective for any type of wine, whether a red, white, rose, country wine, kit wine or sparkling wine, giving excellent weight and structure.
It is a low foaming robust yeast that operates over a wide temperature range. Although the yeast will perform best in the temperatures of 20-24C (68-75F), this strain is capable of fermenting between 10-35C (50-95F).
This premium yeast has a high alcohol tolerance of up to 18% abv, and is the yeast to use when fermentation reliability is a key factor.
