The Cellar 7 kit is an express 5 gallon (30 bottle approx) wine kit that ferments in 7 days. Included in the box is a rigid plastic container full of juice, sachets of yeast & nutrient, stabiliser, 2 finings and a summer fruits flavour pack. All you need to add is water – no sugar is required. You will need all the basic wine making equipment to make this kit which can be found under ‘starter kits’ on our website.
