Mild is one of the most traditional beer styles which is enjoying a revival in today’s real ale market. Harris Original Mild is a bold chestnut-red mild with nutty biscuit notes with a delicious hint of chocolate. Brewed using premium malt extract, this is a superb traditional black country mild.
Harris Original Beer Kit superior taste profile is due to the fact that we take great care to use only the best ingredients available, made with the finest quality hopped malt extract. We recommend the use of Starbrite, Beer Brite or Beer Clear finings to provide the beer with a bright, clear appearance.
