Fast-acting finings to treat up to 25 litres of spirit wash. Use in spirit wash to remove yeast cells and other particles, to ensure a clean pure final taste with no off flavours.
Once fermentation has completely finished and the wine has been stabilised, degas the spirit wash by stirring vigorously until there are no more bubbles on the surface. Then add Stage 1 finings, stir thoroughly and leave to stand for 1 hour. Then add Stage 2 finings and stir gently for 10 seconds. Leave it to clear in a cool place (around 15C / 59F).
The sachet can be stored at room temperature (5-30C), no need to refrigerate. Ready mixed. Just add to the spirit wash. Long shelf life.
