Nothing provides more excitement for a craft beer dinker than an IPA, the flagship beer of the American Craft Beer Revolution. This beer isn't your standard 4% beer that you would find in some back street pubs with more similarities to the traditional IPA's brewed in the 18th century. These beers were brewer to slake the thirst of the British troops garrisoned in India and were heavily hopped and generally high in alcohol to survive the journey round the southern tip of South Africa. Chinook, Simcoe and Centennial Hops to provide you with a fantastic flavour and aroma of citrus grapefruit, with a slightly bitter and balanced aftertaste. This American range of beer kits have been developed to bring the best of American Craft Brewing to your home. They have been made to fit the same philosophy as the American Craft Brewing industry which is to provide you with only the freshest and best ingredients from around the world, not sacrificing quality over cost. What makes this such a unique range of beer kits is the use of specialist yeasts such as US West Coast Ale sourced from an American Craft Brewery and Newcastle Dark Ale Yeast. These all come together to produce a wonderful flavoursome range of American Craft Beer kits.
This kit produces 40 pints of pale gold IPA with a fluffy white head at 6.5% ABV.

- Great taste, easy to brew.
Made this brew with the starter kit. Didn’t know what to expect but wasn’t disappointed. The taste of the hops and the strength was amazing. Will definitely buying another.
- Successful brew
6 weeks after brewing (3 weeks in the bottle) and it tastes fab! - a bit like Punk IPA amber colour, good subtle bitterness that stays in the palate and coming in at about 7%. If only my local would serve beer like this!
