• Premium cider yeast
• Pure Brew

No additional sugar is required during fermentation. You’ll just need a little sugar or carbonation drops when bottling or kegging to add fizz.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU NEED?

To brew this kit, you will need standard home brewing equipment:

• Fermenter with airlock
• Sanitiser to keep equipment clean and infection free
• Paddle for mixing

For best results, we also recommend:

• Thermometer to monitor fermentation temperature
• Hydrometer to confirm fermentation is complete
• Syphon kit to transfer cider into bottles or keg while leaving sediment behind
