For security reasons, goods cannot be left without a signature unless you authorise the carriers to do this, and you take full responsibility of the goods when left as insurance will be void.
We can deliver to an alternative delivery address. Please make sure that you provide your FULL address. Incomplete addresses mean that the carriers may have difficulty finding the destination and delivery will be delayed until the full address can be ascertained.
Unfortunately, due to carrier restrictions, we are no longer able to ship to any BFPO and PO address. Any orders that have a BFPO delivery address will be cancelled and your money refunded.
If you place your order before 9 AM Monday – Friday, it will be processed and dispatched on the next working day service.
If we receive your order after 9 AM, we will try to dispatch it the same day, otherwise, it will be dispatched the next working day (Monday – Friday).
We send all orders via a trackable service, mainly by DHL and Parcelforce on a next-day delivery service.
Although we contract with our carriers on a next-day basis, there may be delays to delivery in exceptional circumstances (eg around Christmas and Bank Holidays when Carriers are under extra pressure). These delays are beyond our control but only rarely occur.
When you place your order, you’ll be shown the correct delivery charges for your postcode.
We carry a huge range of stock, so are able to dispatch virtually all orders immediately.
Unfortunately, the covid pandemic and recent political/economic conditions have disrupted global supply chains. This has caused distribution delays and issues on occasion which could affect product availability.
Some specialist kits and equipment may to be need to be pre-ordered. We aim to dispatch these promptly but please allow up to 1 week for delivery.
Certain areas in Scotland may take an extra day to arrive, as parcels are sometimes delivered by partner companies.
We are unable to arrange Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday deliveries.
There are no deliveries or collections on weekends and bank holidays.
Transport costs are based upon 1 parcel up to 30Kg in weight
For orders under £80, up to 30Kg and can fit in one box, the postage will be £7.50.
For orders over £80, up to 30Kg and can fit in one box, postage is free.
If your order is over 30Kg or needs to be split into multiple parcels, you will be contacted by us to arrange the shipping of the excess weight or parcels.

- Due to newly increased rates for the Channel Islands, transport for this destination will be £40 for orders under £80, and £34.50 for orders over £80.

Gift certificates are sent electronically via email. You can select a design and amount, add the receivers name and email address and a code will automatically be generated and sent to them. As these are an electronic item, there is no postage to pay.
Codes are automatically generated and emailed to the address that you provide when ordering. Please make sure that you have entered the correct email address before placing the order.
