We carry a huge range of stock, so are able to dispatch virtually all orders immediately.
Some specialist kits and equipment may to be need to be pre-ordered. We aim to dispatch these promptly but please allow up to 1 week for delivery.
Certain areas in Scotland may take a few extra days to arrive, as parcels are sometimes delivered by partner companies. The weight limit per parcel for these destinations is 17Kg.
Certain large items that are dispatched by pallet (like Kegerators), are not available to Scottish Highlands and the off-shore destinations. For a full list of postcodes that a pallet delivery is not available, see “Additional Charges” below.

Orders received up to midday (Monday – Friday) – Sent the same day
Orders received after midday (Monday – Thursday) – Sent the next day
Orders received after midday (Friday) – Sent Monday
Orders received on Saturday & Sunday – Sent Monday
We will try to dispatch any orders after midday on the same day, but can only do so if the delivery companies have not collected the parcels for that day.
Orders received during Bank Holidays and times we are closed will be dispatched the next working day.
For security reasons, goods cannot be left without a signature unless you authorise the carriers to do this, and you take full responsibility of the goods when left as insurance will be void.
We are able to dispatch orders to Northern Ireland due to the Windsor Framework which came into effect in May 2025. We can send a parcel up to 17Kg to an address for £12.99. This is a set cost for ALL orders dispatched.
We can deliver to an alternative delivery address. Please make sure that you provide the FULL address. Incomplete addresses mean that the carriers may have difficulty finding the destination and delivery will be delayed until the full address can be ascertained.
Unfortunately, due to carrier restrictions, we are not able to ship to any BFPO and PO address. Any orders that have a BFPO delivery address will be cancelled and your money refunded.
We offer FREE ECONOMY DELIVERY for all orders over £80 to most regions of the UK (see other Delivery Rates below).
For orders under £80, the cost for this service is £5.99. This service can take up to 5 working days to arrive, but most parcels are delivered within 2-3 working days. For this service we use Royal Mail for small parcels under 2Kg in weight or Yodel for larger and heavier parcels.
Royal Mail and Yodel deliver parcels Monday – Saturday. With Yodel you will be notified of a delivery time slot when your parcel is out for delivery. By using the Yodel APP, you can manage the delivery and have it delivered to your local collection point, arrange a different delivery day and leave delivery instructions if you are not able to take delivery on the appointed delivery day.
You have the option to upgrade the delivery service to a PREMIUM NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY. The cost for this service is £7.99 for orders under £80 and £1.99 for orders over £80. For this service we use DPD.
Although we contract with our carriers on a next-day basis, there may be delays to delivery in exceptional circumstances (eg around Christmas and Bank Holidays when Carriers are under extra pressure and weather conditions). These delays are beyond our control but only rarely occur.
We are unable to arrange Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday deliveries.
There are generally no deliveries or collections on weekends and bank holidays. However some carriers can deliver Saturday, this will depend on the depot and available drivers and how busy they are.
Delivery Rates
Transport costs are based upon 1 parcel up to 28Kg in weight to most parts of the UK.
For orders under £80, up to 28Kg and can fit in one box, the postage will be £5.99 for Economy 2-5 working day delivery or £7.99 for Premium Next Working Day delivery.
For orders over £80, up to 28Kg and can fit in one box, postage is free if using the Economy Delivery option or £1.99 if you use the Premium Next Working Day Delivery option.
If your order is over 28Kg or needs to be split into multiple parcels, you will be contacted by us to arrange the shipping of the excess weight or parcels. Destinations to the postcodes in the “Additional Charges” section below have a weight limit of 17Kg including all packaging. This means the weight of the goods must be below 15Kg.
The delivery rates quoted on our order pages are for all UK postcodes except the following, which are a fixed price for a parcel up to 17Kg. Pallet deliveries are not available to the destinations below.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are sent electronically via email. You can select a design and amount, add the receivers name and email address and a code will automatically be generated and sent to them. As these are an electronic item, there is no postage to pay.
Codes are automatically generated and emailed to the address that you provide when ordering. Please make sure that you have entered the correct email address before placing the order.
Electronic Gift Certificates are only valid when purchasing online, they are not valid in store. We have a dedicated shop gift certificate, which must be purchased in the shop to be used in the shop.
