Sauvignon Blanc 

Dark Rock Sauvignon Blanc kit produces 6 bottles of dry, light bodied and fragrant white wine with refreshing citrus flavours.

Food Pairing

Sauvignon Blanc pairs well with green vegetables like asparagus, fresh peas and artichokes. It compliments delicate fish dishes like sole and Sauvignon Blanc’s bright acidity and herbal aromas make it a great choice with green salads, vegetarian dishes and goats cheese.

• Airlock and bung
• Syphon kit
• Hydrometer
• Sanitiser
• Mixing paddle
• Wine bottles and corks/closures or a wine box

• Bottled water gives the best results.
