Food Pairing

Rose is a very crisp wine which pairs well with light salads, pasta, rice dishes and seafood. Perfect hot weather drinking.

• 1 Gallon Demijohn
• Airlock and bung
• Syphon kit
• Hydrometer
• Sanitiser
• Mixing paddle
• Wine bottles and corks/closures or a wine box

• Bottled water gives the best results.
