SG Wines Gold Sauvignon Blanc – 30 Bottle

SG Wines Gold Sauvignon Blanc produces a wine with light grass and tropical fruit aromas. Sauvignon Blanc is a highly popular dry white wine crafted from the Sauvignon Blanc grape, which comes from Bordeaux, France. This wine is “crisp, elegant, and fresh”, as described by various wine experts, and gives grassy aromas. Serve this wine chilled, and enjoy it with fish or cheese, particularly chèvre. It’s also one of the few wines that pairs beautifully with sushi.

This kit produces 22.5 litres (30 bottles equivalent) of delicious, refreshing sauvignon blanc wine in just 7 days.

Start the fermentation on day 1, it’s finished by day 5, and cleared, ready to drink by day 7. These kits are designed for speed, and when fermented at the correct temperature, they can be ready to drink within just one week.

Although it takes around 1 week to finish, we highly recommend leaving this wine for as long as possible for further maturation and to release its more complex flavours and to deepen them further.

ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS REQUIRED to make SG Wines Gold Kit

Included in the kit is a container of concentrated grape juice and sachets of yeast, stabiliser, finings and addback flavours – this improves taste & bouquet. You will need to add additional sugar (approx. 3.5Kg) and also add water.
