Winexpert Classic Diablo Rojo, Chile – 30 Bottle

Winexpert, Classic Diablo Rojo is a superior wine kit which requires no added sugar (all of the sugar content is contained within the grape juice).  Everything you need to make this wine is included with the kit except water. This wine can be drunk after 28 days but we highly recommend that you leave it to mature for around 3 months to experience the quality, it will keep improving with age up to 12 months.  This kit will make 5 gallons (22.5 litres) of wine which will produce around 30 bottles of delicious wine.

What is Diablo Rojo?

Diablo Rojo, better known as Rioja is well known for its structure and tannins, similar to Cabernet Sauvignon, but it also has a fruity characteristic. This wine is perfect for those who love Cabernet but also looking for the dominant cherry flavour which is often present in a wine like Pinot Noir. Rioja is Spain in a glass, it owes its name to one of the seven rivers that meander their way through the area’s mountainous north, where the vineyard-lined valley is home to a variety of grapes. Rojo Tinto is an off-dry wine full of black fruit flavours with hints of vanilla, spice and oak. It has a  blend of Tempranillo and Garnache grapes. The Tempranillo gives fragrance and finesse to the wine, while the Garnache give colour and power to the wine.
