Winexpert Reserve Enigma, California – 30 Bottle Wine Kit

Winexpert Reserve Californian Enigma is a superior wine kit that doesn’t require added sugar (all the sugar content is within the grape juice). Everything you need to make this wine is included with the kit except water. You can enjoy this wine after 6 weeks, but we highly recommend letting it mature for approximately 3 months to fully experience its quality. It continues to improve with age, reaching its peak up to 12 months. This kit will make 5 gallons (22.5 litres) of wine which will produce around 30 bottles of delicious wine.

Californian Enigma?

Winexpert Reserve California Enigma models itself after Apothic Red as a bold red wine blend. Full-flavored and bold, this red has intense fruit notes and flavours of black cherry, coffee, chocolate and vanilla. This wine has a touch more sweetness that other big dry red wines.

What equipment do you need?

Basic 5 gallon winemaking equipment, for example, plastic fermenter or bucket, bung, airlock and sterilizer. You will find these under the starter kit section of this website.

Tips:

We recommend using a Vinbrite filter to clear the wine to a professional standard.
If you can leave it a few months to mature, the wine will greatly improve
