We press and concentrate specially selected apples, blending them with a touch of sugar to balance the alcohol. After combining this with the included premium cider yeast, you’ll soon be savouring your own commercial-quality cider.

You don’t need any additional sugar with this kit. However, adding a small amount of priming sugar, such as some carbonation drops, when kegging or bottling, should be considered. We also recommend the use of Cider Clear finings to ensure that your cider is clear and that you have a cider that is commercial quality in appearance and taste!
