Carrot Whisky
A rich Carrot wine with the deep rich colour of a whisky. The addition of wheat or barley provides a warm full flavour which is where the whisky name emanates.
Parsnip Wine
This recipe produces a deep white wine with a sherry style. An authentic sherry can be achieved by adding 50ml of brandy to each bottle of wine before corking.
