Gin Botanicals – Standard Gin

A blend of juniper berries, cardamom, allspice, coriander, lemon peel and black peppercorns to make a great tasting 700ml bottle of gin.

How to use:
You can use these in one of 2 ways. The first is to infuse the botanicals in a neutral spirit for 12-24 hours, then strain through a fine bag or filter paper to leave the botanicals behind. This is called compound or bathtub gin. There will be a colour to the gin from the botanicals used. The second is to suspend the botanicals over alcohol in a still and then distil the spirit. The spirit vapours will  pick the flavours from the botanicals and when condensed, will leave you with a clear gin.
