Harris Beer Clear is a triple strength isinglass solution that is added to enhance the rapid sedimentation of yeast and fine particles to produce brilliantly clear beers. It is important that this fining is kept cool at all times, preferably in a refrigerator otherwise it will denature rapidly with heat.
