Cabernet Sauvignon

Dark Rock Cabernet Sauvignon kit produces 6 bottles of full bodied, bold and intense red wine with hints of black fruits and cherry.

Food Pairing

Cabernet Sauvignon is perfectly matched with beef dishes, moussaka vegetarian-style or lamb. Cabernet Sauvignon also pairs very well with salami and medium-bodied cheeses.

• 1 Gallon Demijohn
• Airlock and bung
• Syphon kit
• Hydrometer
• Sanitiser
• Mixing paddle
• Wine bottles and corks/closures or a wine box

• Bottled water gives the best results.
