Additional Ingredients Required

Start by selecting your fermentables. While 1kg of Brewing Sugar works well, 1kg of Beer Kit Enhancer provides a superior finish to the kit. Next, prepare for secondary fermentation. At this stage, use sugar or Brew Fizz carbonation drops to prime your bottles or keg.

Basic beer making equipment (5 gallon fermenter, airlock, syphon tube with sediment trap, hydrometer, Suresan sanitiser, bottles or barrel). These are available under the starter kit section on this website.
