8 Plastic Beer Bottles | 500ml

This is a box of 8 x 500ml plastic beer bottles and caps. The bottles are made from brown PET plastic and are shatterproof, oxygen-barring, UV-protected, lightweight and reusable. This pack of 8 bottles is the perfect amount if brewing a kit from our small batch series 8 pint beer kits.

What can you store in these bottles?

Plastic bottles are ideally suited for storing beer, lager, or cider. You can even store champagne or sparkling drinks in the bottles, as they can hold pressure. They are also safer than glass as they are shatterproof.

What is the volume of the bottles?

Each bottle will hold 500ml of liquid. Each pack contains 8 bottles. A full box will bottle a 1 gallon batch of beer/cider (8 pints). If you are brewing a 5 gallon (40 pint) batch of beer or cider, we recommend purchasing 5 packs of these or 2 packs of our 24 Plastic Beer Bottles.

Tips:

The bottles are reusable, so don’t throw them away afterwards. Although the cap seal will be broken when first using them, the cap is still perfectly fine to reuse. Bottles do not last forever and will eventually need replacing. We recommend using them for no more than three brews. We also recommend using 1 Brew Fizz carbonation drop in each 500ml bottle for the perfect carbonation in your beer or cider.
