Beaverdale Kits

Beaverdale is one of the UK’s most trusted premium wine kits, crafted with 100% pure grape juice concentrate. Unlike many lower grade kits, there’s no need to add extra sugar, everything you need (apart from water) is already included.

Each kit makes 5 gallons (22.5 litres), producing around 30 bottles of full-bodied, great tasting wine. While it can be enjoyed young, Beaverdale wines truly shine with age, developing even richer flavours and complexity if you’re patient.

What equipment do you need?

Basic 5 gallon winemaking equipment, for example,  plastic fermenter or bucket, bung, airlock and sanitiser. You will find these under the starter kit section of this website.

Food Pairing

White Zinfandel is a very crisp wine which pairs well with light salads, pasta, rice dishes and seafood. Perfect hot weather drinking.

Tips:

We recommend using a Vinbrite filter to clear the wine to a professional standard.
If you can leave it a few months to mature, the wine will greatly improve
