Carbostream Gas Bottle

This gas bottle is available to purchase as either a new cylinder or as a refill. You will need to bring an empty L30 or S30 gas cylinder instore to get the refill price. If you do not bring in an exchange cylinder, then you will be charged extra for a new gas bottle.

Your gas cylinder must be in good condition, with no rust or damage to the bottle and thread and the seal around the valve must be intact.

Can this be delivered?

No. This product is for COLLECTION ONLY. If you place this product in your basket, the whole order can only be collected and not sent out. We are not allowed to ship high pressure gas canisters.

What is the difference between Carbostream, S30 and L30 gas bottles?

These are the same gas bottles. The S30 was a cream or grey bottle that was filled by Hambleton Bard. Hambleton Bard no longer fill gas bottles. The company that took over the filling was Brewgas, and they renamed the bottles to L30. In mid 2025, Brewgas sold their gas cylinder business to Carbostream. We can accept Carbostream, S30 and L30 gas bottles for refill as long as they are in good condition, the valve is not damaged and the seal around the valve in intact. These cylinders contain 240g CO2 gas.

What valve will this fit on?

This only fits on the S30 Valve. This is a deep drilled valve and does NOT have a pin in the middle.
