Dark Rock Merlot kit produces 30 bottles of smooth and well rounded red wine with vanilla notes and a wonderfully velvety texture.

Cabernet Sauvignon

Dark Rock Cabernet Sauvignon kit produces 30 bottles of full bodied, bold and intense red wine with hints of black fruits and cherry.

Tempranillo

Dark Rock Tempranillo kit produces 30 bottles of full bodied and complex red wine with hints of red fruit and fig. It has a Spanish orogen.

• 27.5 litre fermenter
• Airlock and bung
• Syphon kit
• Hydrometer
• Sanitiser
• Mixing paddle
• Wine bottles and corks/closures or a wine box

Tips

• Bottled water gives the best results.
• Use a Vinbrite Filter for commercial clarity.
