Dark Rock Pinot Grigio kit produces 6 bottles of clean and crisp white wine with a soft easy drinking finish and medium body.

Pinot Grigio is a versatile crisp, dry white wine that pairs very well with Italian food, seafood, and vegetable dishes. Pinot Grigio is very food friendly, pairing with most cheeses exceptionally well.

• 27.5-litre fermenter
• Airlock and bung
• Syphon kit
• Hydrometer
• Sanitiser
• Mixing paddle
• Wine bottles and corks/closures or a wine box
