Tempranillo

Dark Rock Tempranillo kit produces 6 bottles of full bodied and complex red wine with hints of red fruit and fig.

Food Pairing

Tempranillo pairs well with lasagne, pizza and dishes with tomato-based sauces. Given its low acidity and fruitiness, Tempranillo pairs well with many types of cheese, but most often paired with Spanish cheeses.

Equipment Needed

• 1 Gallon Demijohn
• Airlock and bung
• Syphon kit
• Hydrometer
• Sanitiser
• Mixing paddle
• Wine bottles and corks/closures or a wine box

Tips

• Bottled water gives the best results.
• Use a Vinbrite Filter for commercial clarity.
