Q: Does this include the honey?
A: No, this is a fermentation refill pack containing the yeast, nutrients, acids, tannins, and clearing agents. You will need to provide approximately 1.2kg to 1.5kg of honey depending on your desired strength.

Q: Can I use this if I don’t have the Harris Starter Kit?
A: Yes! As long as you have a 5-litre fermenter/demijohn, an airlock, and basic sanitizing equipment, this pack provides all the ingredients you need to make a gallon of mead.

Q: How many bottles does this make?
A: This pack is designed for a 1-gallon (4.5 litre) batch, which typically fills 6 standard 750ml wine bottles. (Labels for 6 bottles are included in the pack!)
