Proferm Yeast & Nutrient Mix

Proferm is a blend of general purpose wine yeast and nutrient, combined into a single compound for use in wine and cider.

You add this compound into the wine directly and stir to mix.

PLEASE NOTE: This product combines yeast and nutrient, so you do not need to add any further nutrient. Adding too much nutrient may give off-flavours to the wine. It may also make it harder to clear and increases the risk of bacterial infection.

What wine is Proferm suitable for?

Proferm works in all wines, including fruit wines, country wines, kit wines, red wines, and white wines.

Dose rate for Proferm:

Add to wine, the rate is 1 teaspoon per gallon of wine. It is important that you do not add more than this.

Dried Active Yeast, Diammonium Phosphate, Ammonium Sulphate, Magnesium Sulphate.
