SG Wines Gold Piesporter – 30 Bottle

SG Wines Gold Piesporter is a white, light bodied wine and can range from dry to off-dry. Piesporter wine comes from the village of Piesport in the Mosel wine region of Germany.

This kit produces 22.5 litres (30 bottles equivalent) of delicious Piesporter wine at around 10.5% ABV in just 7 days.

Start fermentation on day 1, complete it by day 5, and have the wine cleared and ready to drink by day 7. These kits allow you to brew as quickly as possible, and by maintaining the correct fermentation temperature, you can enjoy your wine within just one week.

Although it takes around 1 week to finish, we highly recommend leaving this wine for as long as possible for further maturation and to release its more complex flavours and to deepen them further.

ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS REQUIRED FOR SG WINES GOLD

Included in the kit is a container of concentrated grape juice and sachets of yeast, stabiliser, finings and addback flavours – this improves taste & bouquet. You will need to add additional sugar (approx. 3.5Kg) and also add water.
