Still Spirits Air Still
The Air Still is compact and easy to use wherever and whenever you want. It fits nicely on your kitchen countertop and stores easily in cabinetry or pantries. The Air Still is equipped with an efficient, built-in fan that blows air over the coils to cool and condense the vapour into liquid. No separate water source is required during distillation. Also suitable for distilled water and hydrosols.
A botanical basket, purchased separately, can be used for crafting gin or other botanical spirits.
RECOMMENDED ITEMS
We recommend adding the Collector and Filter system, otherwise you will need to add Ceramic Boil Enhancers and Distilling Conditioner to use the still properly. It is advisable to also purchase a spirit hydrometer so that you can check the final %abv of your spirit.

Dilution Table
The Air Still will hold 4 litres of your spirit wash and collect a max of 800ml before you switch off the machine, otherwise you will greatly reduce the quality and strength of your collected spirit. The spirit strength that is produced will be between 40-60% abv – it will depend upon yeast used, strength of the spirit wash, amount collected etc. Once you know what strength your spirit is using a spirit hydrometer, you can use the following table to dilute the spirit to 40% abv.
