Still Spirits T500 Boiler

The T500 Boiler is the recommended base for use with T500 Reflux Condensers and Alembic Dome & Condenser. We make it from 304 grade stainless steel. It features dual element control switches, a stainless steel ball valve tap, and an automatic reset switch.

The dual element control switches give you more control during distillation. Both switches ON supply full 2200W power. One switch OFF reduces power to 1100W. You can adjust power for warmer cooling water or Alembic Pot Still use.

Use a column condenser if you want a neutral spirit like vodka for flavouring later. You can choose stainless steel or copper versions. Use an Alembic dome and condenser for grain mashes, as it retains and enhances flavour in the final spirit.

Can this boiler be used with the Create+ Accessories?

Yes. The boiler can be used for the previous screw top accessories, or the new Create+ setup. To use the Create+ accessories, you need the Create+ Threaded Adapter Set for the Tri-clamp accessories to fit to.

Is it Legal?

It is illegal to manufacture spirits in the UK without a distiller’s licence which is required under the provisions of section 12 of the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979 and this includes manufacture for “own/domestic use”.
