Description

A wonderful cream based pineapple liqueur with a hint of coconut. Use the cream liqueur base pack, 500ml of 40% distilled alcohol, add the flavouring essence and top up with water to 1.125 litres. Makes one and a half 750ml bottles.

Pina Colada is a traditional Puerto Rican drink which consists of flavours including pineapple and coconut. This cocktail is creamy and fruity and is usually served over ice.
