Mixing Instructions for Pineapple Gin

Shake well before use. Add contents to 225 g (7.9 oz) of sugar. Top up to 2.25 L (76 US fl oz) with 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka. Stir thoroughly until the sugar has completely dissolved. Makes three 750 ml (25 US fl oz) bottles. Adjust sugar to taste.

What Type of Spirit to Use

For best results, use a clean, neutral spirit such as vodka. Higher quality vodka  produces a smoother finish with less harshness, allowing the pineapple and botanicals to shine. You can also make your own neutral spirit at home for maximum control and cost savings.
