Mixing Instructions for Pineapple & Passionfruit Vodka

Shake well before use. Add the contents of the bottle to 65 g (2.3 oz) of sugar and top up to 2.25 L (76 US fl oz) with 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka. Mix thoroughly until the sugar has fully dissolved.

Makes three 750 ml (25 US fl oz) bottles. Adjust sugar levels to suit your personal taste.

To produce your own neutral spirit, you will need basic brewing equipment, available in the ‘Starter Kits’ section of our website. In addition, you will require either a still to distil alcohol from a fermented wash (recommended for best results), or a high alcohol kit.
