Top Shelf Pineapple Rum Flavouring

Still Spirits Top Shelf Pineapple Rum is both vibrant and tropical, with a blend of tangy pineapple and warming spice notes.  Combine this with sugar and neutral spirit or vodka for a taste experience inspired by a top shelf spirit.

Bottle Size:

This is a 50ml bottle and will flavour 2.25 litres, which is 3 x 750ml standard bottles. There are 3 markings on the side of the bottle so that it is easily measured into a 750ml bottle.

Making up the Pineapple Rum:

Shake well and add contents to 180 g (6.35 oz) of sugar and top up to 2.25 L (76 US fl oz) with 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka. Makes three 750 ml (25 US fl oz) bottles. Vary sugar to taste.

What Type Of Spirit To Use.

The best spirit to flavour will be a neutral one, like vodka. A higher quality vodka will not have the same harshness as a cheaper vodka. Alternatively, you can make your own neutral spirit to flavour – this will certainly be the cheapest option and also the most rewarding.
