The beer includes an outrageous amount of wonderful fruity hops, giving an explosion of tropical fruit flavours and a sharp bitter finish. Dark Rock Tribute to Brewdog Punk IPA makes 40 pints of 4.5% ABV IPA.

Brewdog is one of the fastest-growing alternative beer brands and the Punk IPA has become one of the most popular beers in the country. This fresh, full flavour natural beer is our tribute to the legendary Punk IPA. It’s light golden in colour with flavours of tropical fruits and a light caramel aroma. The palate soon becomes assertive and resinous from stunning New Zealand hops balanced by the Caramalt. The finish is aggressive and dry with the hops emerging over the warming alcohol. This modern twist of India Pale Ale uses amazing fruity hops giving the beer an explosion of tropical fruit flavours and a sharp bitter finish.

Brewers Tips
This kit includes Pure Brew, a professional enhancer that boosts fermentation and treats brewing water. It feeds yeast with vital nutrients, while removing Chlorine and Chloramine, which can cause off-flavours. Since water quality is key to great beer, we strongly recommend using Pure Brew in every brew for consistently better results.
To make brewing even easier, we’ve included a grain t-bag and hop t-bag.
