Winexpert Classic Californian Pinot Noir is a superior wine kit which requires no added sugar (all of the sugar content is contained within the grape juice).  Everything you need to make this wine is included with the kit except water. You can drink this wine after 28 days, but we recommend maturing it for around 3 months to enjoy its full quality. It continues improving with age for up to 12 months.  This kit will make 5 gallons (22.5 litres) of wine which will produce around  30 bottles of delicious wine.

What is Pinot Noir?

Pinot Noir is a French red wine grape variety. The name comes from French words meaning pine and black. Pine refers to the grape’s tightly clustered, pine cone-shaped fruit bunches.

Pinot Noir is the world’s most popular light-bodied red wine. People love it for red fruit, cherry, and raspberry flavours. It also offers floral and spice aromas with a long, smooth finish. Pinot Noir is light to medium bodied, not too dry but certainly not sweet. This is why it is a favourite all over the world.
