This kit produces 40 pints of premium quality beer.
Session Series
The new Session Range from Dark Rock Brewing takes kit brewing to a new level. High quality hopped malt extracts are matched with carefully selected blends of the freshest dry hops, to produce delicious beers with enticing aromas. These kits are simple to make and fast to clear and mature. From fermenter to glass within a month, and results which are of commercial quality. The range follows the best styles from around the world and includes a powerful West Coast APA, which packs a hoppy punch from the latest crop of Citra and Simcoe hops. From down under, there are three carefully selected styles; a New Zealand Pilsner, New Zealand Riwaka Pale Ale, and an Aussie Gold Ale. They are true to the Southern Hemisphere styles. An English Amber Ale and Canadian Craft Ale provide a more traditional amber style, with hops that are true to the malts, to provide a balanced moreish taste. Finally, a newer style, which is set to be a trendsetter is the India Pale Lager. The IPL uses Motueka and Simcoe hops to produce a hybrid style which is a cross between a lager and IPA. The result is a refreshing lager with a delicate hoppy taste and aroma. Perfect for summer barbeques and to compliment curry evenings. These kits are dead easy to make and produce beer as good as you can buy in a pub for around 40p per pint. With value like that, what’s not to like.

Do these kits come with yeast and hop pellets, I can’t see what’s included in the kits.
Excellent kit. The best one can/pouch IPA out there.
This is my favourite beer in the session series. All of the range of these kits are 100% top quality beers, but this is my favourite.
It has a lovely malty taste with a sensational hoppy flavour.
Make this kit with a Dark Rock enhancer and 500g of dried malt extract and you will have a beer better than you can buy off the shelves in the shops.
This has been the best extract kit I have made. Once in the corny keg it got so much better with age. Looking forward to brewing the Strata kit.
Brewed this kit short (20ish litres) with Verdant yeast. Transferred and dry hopped in keg at FG (1.010) along with hop boost and some priming sugar to reduce oxidation. Cold crashed a couple of days later under gas. Was excited to try a pint.
It’s dry, bitter, and hoppy. I was considering going back to AG/BIAB until I tried these DR kits. Fantastic IPA.
