Chardonnay

Dark Rock’s Small Batch Chardonnay kit produces 6 bottles of smooth white wine with hints of citrus and peach flavours.

Food Pairing

When it comes to pairing with food, Chardonnay is extremely versatile. Serve Chardonnay with mild, buttery or creamy dishes, meaty fish or simply seasoned poultry and pork dishes. Chardonnay is perfect with Gruyere cheese bringing out the fruit and nutty flavours.

• 1 Gallon Wine Kit
• Demijohn
• Airlock and bung
• Syphon kit
• Hydrometer
• Sanitiser
• Mixing paddle
• Wine bottles and corks/closures or a wine dispensing pouch.

Tips

• Bottled water gives the best results.
• Use a Vinbrite Filter for commercial clarity.
