The Dark Rock Session Series takes beer kit brewing to a new level. Premium hopped malt extracts are paired with carefully selected fresh dry hops to produce beers packed with flavour and enticing hop aroma. Every recipe has been designed to be simple to brew, quick to ferment and fast to clear, producing commercial-quality beer that’s ready to enjoy in around four weeks.

Dark Rock Beer Kit Enhancers have been specially developed as a premium alternative to brewing sugar. The included Lager Beer Kit Enhancer has been formulated specifically for lager and pilsner beer kits, helping you achieve a cleaner, crisper beer with improved flavour and mouthfeel.

Each enhancer contains a carefully balanced blend of premium dried malt extract, dextrose and Pure Brew (yeast nutrient and brewing water treatment) to:

• Condition brewing water
• Boost fermentation
• Improve body and head retention
• Enhance flavour and mouthfeel
