SG Wines Classic Sweet White – 30 Bottle

This lusciously medium sweet white wine is another fabulous wine from the SG Wines range. This is a real mouth waterer!

This kit produces 22.5L (30 bottles equivalent) of stunning medium sweet white wine (5 gallon of white wine).

Although it takes around 1 week to finish, we highly recommend leaving this wine for as long as possible for further maturation and to release its more complex flavours and to deepen them further.

ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

Included in the kit is a container of concentrated grape juice and sachets of yeast, stabiliser, finings and addback flavours – this improves taste & bouquet. You will need to add additional sugar (approx. 3.5Kg) and also add water.
