Description

Beaverdale Pinot Noir | 30 Bottle Wine Kit

Pinot Noir is a French red wine grape variety. The name is derived from the French words meaning pine and black. The pine alludes to the grape variety having tightly clustered, pine cone-shaped bunches of fruit.Beaverdale 30 Bottle Pinot Noir

Pinot Noir is the world’s most popular light-bodied red wine. It is loved for its red fruit, cherry and raspberry flavours, flower and spice aromas that are accentuated by a long, smooth finish. Pinot Noir is light to medium-bodied, not too dry but certainly not sweet. This is why it is a favourite all over the world.

Beaverdale Kits

Beaverdale is one of the UK’s most trusted premium wine kits, crafted with 100% pure grape juice concentrate. Unlike many lower grade kits, there’s no need to add extra sugar, everything you need (apart from water) is already included.

Each kit makes 5 gallons (22.5 litres), producing around 30 bottles of full-bodied, great tasting wine. While it can be enjoyed young, Beaverdale wines truly shine with age, developing even richer flavours and complexity if you’re patient.

Renowned for their consistency and quality, Beaverdale kits are a favourite among home winemakers and stand as some of the finest wine kits on the market today.

What’s included?

  • A pouch of Pinot Noir style grape concentrate
  • Oak chips
  • Wine yeast
  • A sachet of wine stabiliser to end the fermenting process
  • Sachets of Chitosan and Kieselsol wine finings to clear the wine
  • Full instructions

What equipment do you need?

Basic 5 gallon winemaking equipment, for example,  plastic bucket or fermenter, bung, airlock and sanitiser. You will find these under the starter kit section of this website.

Food Pairing

Pinot Noir pairs well with salmon and other fatty fishes, roasted chicken or pasta dishes. It is well-matched with delicately, flavoured cheeses like Gruyere and Brie.

Tips:

We recommend using a Vinbrite filter to clear the wine to a professional standard.
If you can leave it a few months to mature, the wine will greatly improve.
