Another great kit from DR, lovely easy drinking hoppy beer
I brewed this with the Dark Rock Pale Ale Enhancer which has resulted in an incredibly smooth and subtle beer.
It has a mild citrus smell and a bitter first taste that gives way to a mellow aftertaste that had me reaching for another sip.
I can imagine this being excellent served cold on a warm day and will definitely be ordering it again
