The dried elderflowers can be used both in wine and beer, as well as making cordials, adding to spirits or as an ingredient in Potpourri.

How strong are died elderflowers?

Dried ingredients give a stronger aroma than fresh, so you will not need as many in your recipes to  replace fresh elderflowers.

As a guide, 25g will make 1 gallon of elderflower wine. The 50g bag is equivalent to 30 elderflower heads.
