Description
Simply insert the sanitised thief into the fermenter, place your thumb over the hole at the top then remove the thief from the fermenter, still keeping your thumb over the top. Place the lower end over a glass or trial jar and release your thumb. The wine will then flow out the tube into the receiving vessel.
