High quality 304 stainless steel 12 litre home brew fermenter and boiling pan. Complete with ball valve tap and thermometer. Perfect for part grain or small batch brewing. Can also be used for cooking or boiling any liquid. Strong sturdy handles for safe and easy carrying and moving.

How can you ferment in the pan?

The lid includes a top grade silicone seal around the rim. There are clamps on the pan itself which pull the lid down to seal it. There is a silicone bung that fits into the hole in the lid, and includes a larger premium grade airlock.

Does the pan come assembled?

No. To help reduce damage in transit, the tap and thermometer are not fitted to the pan. These are easy to fit together and include a silicone thread plug to ensure a good seal – you can also use PTFE tape.

How do you sterilise the pan?

We recommend a good sanitiser or steriliser that is safe to use on stainless steel. We recommend Suresan sanitiser to keep this pan clean.
