Beaverdale WINE MAKING KITS
House of Beaverdale is a premium quality range of wine kits that requires no added sugar (all of the sugar content is contained within the grape juice). Everything you need to make this wine is included with the kit except water. The wine can be drunk young, but unlike some 3-week wine kits, it will continue to mature if you are patient. This kit will make 5 gallons (23 litres) of wine which will produce around 30 bottles of delicious wine. Simple and straightforward, choose your favourite red, white or blush style and be proud of these easy-drinking everyday house wines.

DETAILED LIST of Winexpert Reserve Wine Starter Kit:
- Suresan – A no-rinse sanitiser to ensure that the equipment being used is clean and sterile. You do not need to rinse this sanitiser out with water.
- 25 litre bucket – large enough for a full 5 gallons with plenty of head space in case the contents froth during the ferment.
- LCD Thermometer – A stick on thermometer to show you the current temperature of the contents inside the bucket.
- Plastic spoon – allows the mixing of the contents easily and quickly.
- Airlock – A bubbler airlock to allow the fermenting gasses to be released but stop air getting in the bucket.
- Syphon tube – A food grade plastic tube that allows you to transfer the liquid from the bucket to another container.
- Rigid tube with sediment cup – Allows the tube to rest on the bottom of the bucket and help reduce sediment from being carried over.
- Bucket clip – keeps the syphon tube held in position, freeing up a hand.
- Flow control clip – Allows you to start and stop the flow of liquid, great when filling bottles.
- Hydrometer – Allows you to take readings to see if fermentation is complete
- Pure Brew – Yeast nutrient and water treatment sachet.
IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE NEEDED?
This starter kit includes the equipment required to ferment your wine. Just select a Beaverdale Wine kit to ferment and something to store your finished product in such as bottles. You can re-use bottles from commercial wines – ask friends and family to keep bottles. You can re-use screw tops a couple of times before they distort and fail to seal. Do not throw the bottles away, replace the worn screw cap with a Novatwist cap. These are re-useable caps that will last many uses as they do not distort over time.
CAN YOU RE-USE THE Beaverdale WINE EQUIPMENT.
Yes. You should replace the sanitizer when the contents are empty. The equipment, however, has a long lifespan and is intended to serve for many years.
