This is the fifth kit I have made from Dark rock and it is stunning!
The balance in taste makes this one of the nicest beers I have ever tasted.
Great mix of subtle bitterness and not over the top with hops. Only had it in the keg for a week and I’m sure it will improve further.

Firstly the presentation of these kits is superb. They come with everything you need, including finnings, and pure brew water conditioner.
I brewed this beer for Christmas. The beer has a lovely marmalade bitterness followed by a rich malty taste.
This is a truly unique beer.
Our guests over Christmas Eve insisted on drinking this beer rather than top quality commercial beers. That says it all for me.
