This homebrew beer kit includes 1.8kg of malt extract for quality results. It produces approximately 40 pints (23 litres) of traditional Yorkshire Bitter. Additional Ingredients Required

To make this kit, you will either need 1Kg Brewing Sugar or 1Kg Beer Kit Enhancer (Preferred). Later, you will also need sugar or Brew Fizz carbonation drops to prime the keg or bottles for the secondary fermentation.

What Equipment Do You Need?

Basic beer making equipment (5 gallon fermenter, airlock, syphon tube with sediment trap, hydrometer, Suresan sanitiser, bottles or barrel). These are available under the starter kit section on this website.

Brewing Tips

For the best results, use Pure Brew with this kit. It enhances fermentation by feeding the yeast with vital nutrients and conditions your brewing water by removing Chlorine and Chloramine, which can cause “homebrew” flavours. The result is a cleaner, more professional-quality beer.
