The palate soon becomes assertive and resinous from stunning New Zealand hops balanced by the Caramalt. The finish is aggressive and dry with the hops emerging over the warming alcohol. This modern twist of India Pale Ale uses amazing fruity hops giving the beer an explosion of tropical fruit flavours and a sharp bitter finish.

Brewers Tips
This kit includes Pure Brew, a professional enhancer that boosts fermentation and treats brewing water. It feeds yeast with vital nutrients, while removing Chlorine and Chloramine, which can cause off-flavours. Since water quality is key to great beer, we strongly recommend using Pure Brew in every brew for consistently better results.
You’ll also get Harris Starbrite finings, a vegan-friendly clarifier that helps your beer clear quickly and encourages sediment to settle. This is especially useful if you’re kegging, as it reduces the risk of haze and sediment transfer.
To make brewing even easier, we’ve included a muslin grain bag and hop t-bag. For a more advanced setup, consider adding a metal hop spider. It offers better hop circulation during the boil, is easy to clean, and can be reused again and again.
